MBE Coiled Mapping Lead Pin-out

All serial type ECUs must only be linked to your computer using either a SBD mapping lead MBE-MAP-LEAD or a lead manufactured exactly to the details shown in the pdf.

DO NOT USE A STANDARD SERIAL LEAD AS THIS COULD CORRUPT YOUR MAPS/PROGRAM, DAMAGE THE ECU OR EVEN THE LAPTOP.

This lead was designed for use for now obsolete serial based ECUs, the last of which were officially produced in 2003. If you are working with these ECUs, you will need to find a suitable laptop, that has a 32bit operating system and probably no later than Windows 7.

We no longer provide support for serial based ECUs.
