We had a message from Col in March 2023:
Hi Steve. Scott has had his 3rd rally start as a driver over the weekend. He won 1st Outright Classic Rally Car against some stiff opposition, so is now in a great place for the championship this year. I thought you might like to see a short stage from his incar footage. Cheers, Col

Email recieved from Col in November 2016: The car is going fine. We ran the Saturday leg of Rally Australia about 10 days ago. 133km competitive over 6 stages in very hot (36 degree Celsius) conditions. It was perfectly reliable and handled the very hot conditions without an issue. I’m taking it easy and learning how it needs to be driven. We still have about 1.5 to 2 seconds per km to get right on the mark, but still finished 4th in the 2wd group, so happy for now. Scott (my son and co-driver) posted a video from some in car. If you are interested, go to YouTube I’ve been telling everyone about how wonderful it was to deal with you and SBD and I understand that Rallysport Magazine will soon publish a detailed article. I’ll send you the link when and if that happens. Following the huge number of inquiries I’ve had already I would think that some more work should come your way in the New Year.
